Wolf in sheep's clothing? Abe Foxman & the ADL
An Organization Advocating For A Two State Solution*
ADL & Mr. Abe Foxman
Mr. Foxman is a Holocaust survivor himself (A hidden child actually, hidden by non-Jews during the war). On top of that he is somewhat religious, so taking the terror side of a Peace which walks Jews into the gas chambers is a rather odd position for someone of his stature. Also very odd, while Mr. Foxman decries anti-semitism in every country of the world and there are lists on his ADL website and facts and detailed information, but in Israel when there many more acts of outright anti-semitism by Jews, Abe is strangely silent. So is Simon Wiesenthal as well. Yet "Camera" and other media watchdog organizations find more anti-semitic comments and acts in the media than most countries in the world! Within this, Mr. Foxman decries "extemism" of any kind as the source of what is wrong in Israel and why Peace is necessary. I am not sure if he includes his own "witch hunting" of Jew haters the world wide in this? However he parrots Israels reasons and policy making in anything he does. And is quick to bash anyone religious who stands up to protest. In short he is a very confused person who arbitrarily labels this or that terrorism. His organization was not quick to respond to the Crown Heights Riots either. It is strongly suspected that he has little love for the more religious equating religious reasons for keeping the land as "Jewish Terrorism".(see
) and insultingly hurling accusations of "suspected plots" by religious extremists against disengagement, while he himself in a another statement (see below) admits in 2004 that "withdrawl gives the impression that terrorism pays"
Below we include various Excerpts From The ADL's site:
ADL Support For An Israeli-Palestinian Peace As Outlined In Annapolis
New York, NY, November 27, 2007 … The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) expressed support for the path to peace spelled out today by President George W. Bush and Israeli and Palestinian leaders in Annapolis. ADL commended Pres. Bush for "creating the conditions for a new way forward for Israeli and Palestinian leaders to engage in the difficult bilateral process of negotiations toward peace."
Glen S. Lewy, ADL National Chair, and Abraham H. Foxman, ADL National Director issued the following statement: We support the path to peace spelled out today by President George W. Bush and Israeli and Palestinian leaders in Annapolis and commend Pres. Bush for creating the conditions for a new way forward for the Israeli and Palestinian leaders to engage in the difficult bilateral process of negotiations toward peace. However, we continue to believe that success will ultimately depend on a true commitment by the Palestinians and Arab countries to fully accept Israel as a Jewish state, to end terrorism and the culture of hatred, and to demonstrate flexibility on issues that heretofore they have not exhibited. Israeli Prime Ehud Olmert was clear that Israel is ready, and has always been ready, to make significant concessions for peace. We hope the moderation of Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and Prime Minister Salam Fayyad, the expectation that Arab states will play a constructive role, and the fear that extremists could plunge the region into endless violence and instability will lead to a new attitude of conciliation in the thinking, policies and actions of the Palestinians. In the past – whether it was the Oslo Accords, the Camp David and Taba negotiations, the Road Map and Israel's disengagement from Gaza – the Palestinians had direct opportunities to demonstrate their interest in living in peace with Israel. On each occasion, the Palestinians' unwillingness to take the necessary steps for a peaceful co-existence undermined the efforts. The test now is whether the Palestinians this time will be different. We hope the international community will insist that change in the Palestinian and Arab camps must now actually take place, in word and in deed. If so, the vision of two states living side-by-side in peace and security can be realized. For article go to: (click here
ADL Resolution Supports Disengagement from Gaza and Parts of the West Bank Despite Its Own Admission: "This could give Palestinians and others the impression that terror pays."

New York, NY, June 8, 2004 … Citing the nearly four years of unabated Palestinian terrorism, the lack of action to impede terrorism by the Palestinian Authority and the need for Israel to protect its citizens, the Anti-Defamation League's National Executive Committee passed a resolution supporting Prime Minister Sharon's "bold initiatives such as the disengagement plan which are consistent with Israel's strategic interests despite the risk that a unilateral step in the face of this terrorist campaign could give Palestinians and others the impression that terror pays."
The following is the full text of the resolution adopted on June 4, 2004:
WHEREAS, for almost four years, the State of Israel has been besieged by a campaign of Palestinian terrorism;
WHEREAS, the Palestinian Authority leadership has not taken steps to stop or impede Palestinian terrorism or dismantle the terrorist infrastructure;
WHEREAS, to protect its population from the unceasing and unchecked Palestinian terrorism, Israel has been forced to undertake a number of defensive measures, including military action, and the building of a security barrier;
WHEREAS, Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon has also sought creative proposals consistent with long-term strategic interests to promote Israel's security and improve the situation on the ground in the territories. His "disengagement plan" is one such proposal, and calls for a unilateral disengagement from the Gaza Strip and sections of the West Bank. This initiative, which has the support of the Bush Administration and the Quartet, will entail the dismantlement of Israeli settlements in those areas.
WHEREAS, the Israeli government has made it clear that it remains committed to resuming negotiations so long as there is a viable Palestinian partner who does not engage in terrorism and violence; Therefore, let it be
RESOLVED, that the Anti-Defamation League supports bold initiatives such as the disengagement plan which are consistent with Israel's strategic interests despite the risk that a unilateral step in the face of this terrorist campaign could give Palestinians and others the impression that terror pays.
>Editors note: Israel has created various non-profits that look like they are actually against the peace process, while in reality they are for promoting Israel's interests in continuing so-called "peace" talks for the giving away of Israel's Land. You must research an organization or individual well.* The Rebbe is for the "One State Solution". Two state solution means that Israel must take from its land and create another country within it, which it is giving to the terrorist enemy. Hence the Rebbe's opposition. This is a clear threat to Jewish life. In determining an organizations standing about the peace process there are two other markers that come into play: 1. If they are advocating to push America to "stop pressuring Israel" (and are silent about doing the same to Israel). 2. If they advocate that Iran should be Israel's primary focus. The Rebbe always pushed on Israel when it came to "Peace" certainly, he never pushed on America. While it is obvious that Iran is an enemy, but then so is Egypt, Syria, Turkey and Iraq! Iran not as much a problem as the daily rockets and bombing coming from the PLO / Hamas / PA / Hezbullah (all the same group really). Typically Israel is silent on this obvious problem (to push forward Peace) and asks people to instead lobby to stop Iran.
Did you ever have the frustrating experience of setting up a speaker only to have phone calls and emails about the "true-Pro-Peace nature" of who you hired to speak about Israel?Worry no more. Below is a list of well known Jewish organizations and individuals who are working to help Israel to create a terror state which they call "Peace". This is called: "The Two State Solution".Where possible, we provide evidence for their position. In most cases, they are not secretive about their leanings. Google the person or organization and put in the word: "peace" or "disengagement" to find out what their true feelings on the subject is before inviting them to advocate for their version of peace in your Chabad house! Since speaker & organizational positions do change daily, so if you note a change, please email us and we will investigate. (Click Here To Mail An Update
